Admissions Process

Office Involved:


Accounting Office / Registrar’s Office

Application & Testing Fee:


 PHP 2,500 (non-refundable, non-transferable)

• Pay in cash at the Cashier’s Office
• Fee is required upon submission of the Application Form

After payment:

• Present the official receipt to the Registrar
• Secure the official Application Form

Parents submit a complete application file to the Registrar’s Office.

Testing Schedule:

• Monday to Friday:
 9:00 AM – 12:00 NN | 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
• Saturday:
 9:00 AM – 12:00 NN

Location:
 School Library

Important Reminders:

• Arrive 15 minutes early
• Bring the official receipt of the testing fee
• Test results may be released within one hour
• Interview with the applicant and parent/guardian follows the exam

After the exam and interview, qualified applicants will receive a
Certificate of Acceptance signed by the Principal.

ACCEPTED

• Applicant has met all admission requirements
• Student is included in the official student roster
• Written notification will be issued
• Family must pay a non-refundable reservation fee to secure the slot

WAITLISTED

• Applicant passed the exam and interview
• Admission is pending due to limited program slots
• Parents may pay a refundable reservation fee
• Waitlist validity: one (1) academic year
• Parents will be notified once a slot becomes available

DENIED

• Applicant did not meet academic or behavioral requirements
• Parents may file one (1) appeal only
• Additional documents must be submitted
• The Admissions Committee’s decision is final

Accepted applicants confirm enrollment by:

• Submitting final enrollment documents
• Paying the Non-Refundable Reservation Fee:
 PHP 50,000.00

Once all requirements and payments are completed, the student is officially enrolled.
