K TO 12 CURRICULUM FRAMEWORK
The K to 12 Curriculum at Tolerance School provides a well-balanced academic program that develops the whole child — intellectually, emotionally, socially, and morally. It consists of Kindergarten, Elementary, Junior High School, and Senior High School, each designed to meet the developmental needs of students.
The curriculum emphasizes not only core academic subjects such as English, Mathematics, Science, and Araling Panlipunan, but also Values Education, Technology and Livelihood Education, and MAPEH (Music, Arts, Physical Education, and Health). Through these learning areas, students gain the essential competencies for success in both local and global contexts.
Graduates of Tolerance School’s K to 12 program are expected to demonstrate strong critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and character — ready for college, employment, or entrepreneurship.
1. JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL (Grades 7–10)
Building on the solid foundation from elementary education, Junior High School aims to enhance students’ academic proficiency and personal growth. The program integrates a values-based approach across all learning areas, ensuring that students not only achieve academic excellence but also develop moral integrity and social awareness.
At this stage, students are exposed to diverse subjects — including Science, Mathematics, English, Filipino, Araling Panlipunan, TLE, and Values Education — all designed to strengthen problem-solving, digital literacy, and interpersonal skills.
This level also introduces project-based learning and leadership opportunities, preparing students for the academic rigor and specialization of Senior High School.
2. SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL (Grades 11–12)
The Senior High School program provides students with the opportunity to specialize in academic or applied tracks aligned with their interests and future goals. Tolerance School offers Academic Strands such as:
STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics)
ABM (Accountancy, Business, and Management)
HUMSS (Humanities and Social Sciences)
TVL (Technical-Vocational-Livelihood)
Each strand combines theoretical knowledge with practical application, empowering students to pursue higher education, employment, or entrepreneurship. The SHS curriculum also integrates Values Education, Research, and Community Involvement, reinforcing the school’s mission to nurture well-rounded, compassionate, and capable individuals.
