GUIDANCE SERVICES
A. Individual Inventory
To gather and maintain reliable data, information, and records about each student for counseling and guidance purposes.

B. Counseling
To provide assistance to students with academic, emotional, social, moral, or family concerns through the following types:
Individual Counseling – Helps students deal with personal or academic difficulties, behavioral adjustments, peer relationship issues, and family-related concerns.
Group Counseling – Supports a small group of students who share similar challenges or experiences to promote cooperation, emotional growth, and peer understanding.
Career Counseling – Guides students in discovering their interests, strengths, and possible career paths, preparing them for future education or vocational decisions.
C. Information Service
To equip students with accurate and relevant information to help them make informed academic, career, and personal decisions. This service also provides awareness programs, orientations, and seminars to help students adjust to new experiences and situations both in and out of school.
D. Testing Service
To assess students’ strengths, abilities, interests, and areas for growth using standardized and non-standardized assessment tools. The results guide teachers, parents, and the students themselves in understanding learning styles and designing effective support programs.
E. Placement Service
To assist students in finding appropriate educational or vocational paths suited to their skills and interests. This service ensures that learners are matched with environments and opportunities that promote both personal and academic success.
F. Follow-up Service
To monitor students’ progress and adjustment after counseling, testing, or placement activities. Follow-up services ensure continuity of support and help students sustain positive behavioral and academic improvements.
G. Research and Evaluation Service
To continually assess and improve the school’s guidance program through data collection and evaluation. Findings from research are used to enhance the effectiveness of counseling services, student activities, and school-wide interventions that promote mental health and holistic development.
